Around SBN: Dissecting Nick Diaz's Positive Drug Test

I searched Vick in Google news to learn more about the rumors of him going to the Niners and found this on the first page. This has ought to be one of the craziest stories I have ever read in a while. If Vick comes here to California, they're going to eat him alive. Hell, PETA spearheaded their crazy anti dairy milk movement here. NOTE: read the comments section of the story; depending who you are, you would find this part pretty funny to read.

I like furry/little animals

But PETA takes it a bit far.

I'm all for PETA.

People Eating Tasty Animals, that is.

Animal cruelty is heinous, but letting them roam free and have the same rights as humans? No. PETA wants to let all the animals on the earth roam free while we waste away living off of multivitamins and ruffage. I don’t think so.

Ruffage builds character!

I remember during the Vick fiasco that I got multiple e-mails from PETA asking me to post their content, which I more or less refused to do. They get plenty of publicity, and I think they’d be much more effective if they’d dial down the crazy several notches.

I notice the majority of responders were women

And that most of them have probably never even seen a football game. How can they have an actual opinion? I am a dog owner and I love my dog, so yes I think what Vick did was wrong. Do I think he needs a brain scan??? who knows. I think that once the crime is committed and the punishment doled out, and you serve your sentence that you should be given another chance. If you screw it up again then you have lost your chance. I have been around Vick a little at past training camps and personally I do not care for the guy. He seemes to be to be someone who only cares about himself. If another team wants to take a chance on him, then more power to them. I know I never want to see the guy in a falcons uniform again, ever!
