Bucs fire Gruden
These past 6 years I had grown to loath him, but for the sake of my humanity, I believe he didn't deserve this.

I mean, I hate him too but this is just silly.
The man won a Super Bowl for pete’s sake.

The Bucs may actually improve without him
Gruden had a rep as a quarterback genius, but he was content to go with known mediocrities there for the last several years and it hurt them late in the season.
I think it was a good move for the bucs...
I was really looking forward to watching him coach without a crutch like Monty Kiffin to lean on. I dont really think he was ever the offensive genius everyone says he is.
