Atlanta Falcons Fantasy Depth Chart

Key:

PTR= Position Tier Rank. This is the tier level where the player should be slotted in drafts.

1 = Elite Player

2 = Solid Performer

3 = Backend starter/Bench fill-in

4 = Roster filler or long-term prospect

0 = No value

ITR = In The Rotation

PB = Position Battle

S = Starter

QB                            PTR
Chris Redman - PB     3
Joey Harrington - PB  3
Matt Ryan - PB          3

Summary: Chris Redman had a career revival coming off the street to pass for 10 TDs with just 5 INTs and a 90% QB rating, but the Falcons did not use a top ten pick on Matt Ryan because Redman is the answer.  Ryan may not begin the season as the starter, but he has the best long term potential to be a solid QB2 for your team.  Harrington is a long shot to win the job.
