I missed the last question, but in all fairness I wasn’t alive in the 1970’s.

Pretty good!

The Grits Blitz was the brainchild of Jerry Glanville, in Leeman Bennett’s first year as head coach. That 1977 team was the one that set the defensive scoring record for a 14-game season, allowing only 129 points all year. Unless the league shortens the season, that record will stand forever!
