contract extensions
were given to johnathan babineaux and michael jenkins. babineauxs i believe was 5 years and jenkins i believe was 4 years. but this jsut goes to show that the staff is sticking to the plan about drafting and keeping a good group of core players. just goes to show that we have a great plan in place and im excieted
p.s. IM GOIN TO MY FIRST FALCONS GAME THIS WEEKEND!!!!! CANT TELL YOU HOW EXCITED I AM.

It is a great plan
And I’m happy you’re headed to your first game. Any chance you’d want to talk about coming back with your observations?

Nice point...
..iloveroddywhite, we also have Michael Boley to resign so I think that we need to have these players back because they are a nice set. Hopefully we can also make a run at some players like Haynesworth and others.

That's awesome!
Let us know how your first game goes!
I have been able to attend a game or two every year for the last 7 years or so but haven’t been able to make it out just yet.
One of my favorite memories was when I got to sit in the players family section. We say directly behind Chris Chandler’s family. He started off pretty rough and the fans started booing him and yelling some nasty things. It broke my heart when one of his daughters said “Mommy why are they yelling bad things at Daddy?”. I made it a point to “yell” out some positive things during the game so the kids could hear me. I think at one point I yelled “That Chris Chandler is a solid player and a nice guy!!!!” really loud. I got some strange looks from fans but it was worth the little girl in front of me turning around and flashing a huge smile.
PS: He wound up throwing for 431 yards that game and we won on a last second 52 yard Jay Feely FG.
In a way, each of us has an El Guapo to face.
