Falcons Sign Jason Snelling

Right on the heels of the epic running back battle, the Falcons have signed seventh round draft pick Jason Snelling to a four year deal. With Fred McCrary hitting the road and Justin Griffith off to the Raiders, the team has had nobody to back up Mughelli, much less Dunn and Norwood. As a sort of fullback and halfback hybrid, Snelling has a chance to contribute for both positions as well as special teams. He also might prove to be completely useless, of course. Given the depth the team currently doesn't enjoy at running back, he's going to get a good chance to contribute.

So that's Nicholas and Snelling signed, now. Who's next?
