How do you guys like Norwood's chances of starting this year at RB?

Do you guys think he should start?  Or do you believe Dunn is still the better player?  Do you think they'll split time?  Or do you think with a new sheriff in town, he says "screw the little guy" and goes with Norwood?

Just wanted your guys' opinion, becuase I think Norwood should get a chance to start myself, based on what I saw last year.

I think
You call Dunn the starter/ split carries for the first few weeks, and if Dunn is Done...you have to start Norwood. He may be a bit of an injury risk, but he's lightning quick and he offers a lot of things to like. I think Norwood should be splitting carries early on, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him starting halfway through the year.

Thanks for the welcome Dave
Well let me ask you this then: Do you think Dunn is done?  Seems like I've been saying that about the guy for the last couple years now, but he's proven my wrong each time.  However, having said that, I do have to be honest and say I thought he may have finally started to show signs of aging late last year.

Sometimes it's hard to properly evaluate 'older' RBs when a young stud--and like you said, a Lightning quick one at that--arrives on the scene.  The 'older' RB looks much slower than he might actually be, ya know what I mean?  The reality is that about 80% of the RBs in the League would appear 'slow' when compared to Norwood--he's just that fast IMO...got an extra gear few guys posess.

Now that I've given you my dissertation on Dunn, I'm done.  Is Dunn?

Dunn is done jokes never get old
But I don't know if I'd say he's done. He just looked particularly worn down at the end of the last year to me. Of course, the whole Falcons attack seemed to do that right at the end of the season, so  maybe he was more a symptom of that problem than the problem itself.

Norwood is fast. No argument here. Dunn has quickness, but Norwood's obviously going to make him look like he's standing still alongside him. But I'm really starting to think that Dunn is hitting that over-30 RB hill, where the punishment starts to add up. He was never a very big guy, and he's been remarkably durable for someone that size and with that many carries. It might be time to at least ease some of that workload, before he does wear down completely.

But naw, I don't think Dunn is done yet.

Get em Dunn
I don't think Warrick is Dunn at all.  I doubted him in his first season with the ball club, if you think back, he had a rough first month and a half, and we had a fresh rookie named TJ Duckett, at that point I thought Dunn was done.  Regarding his apparent slow down last year, I think he mightve just reflected the team as a whole - weary and disheartened following two shameful victories to detroit and cleveland.
